Working on the airframe of a bipropellant rocket and researching NASA and other documentation on rocket.

Worked in customer service and helped customers ship and return packages, print files, fax documents, etc. Checked in incoming packages from UPS drivers and consolidated return packages. Investigated several issues, usually relating to customer pick-ups, and worked with my coworkers to find and address the issue.

Took care of patients, mostly who had just given birth, but sometimes helping people who were arrested and staying in the hospital until they got better. I also filed documents, sent messages (in pods) through the air chute, took incoming calls, etc.
