(NSRE) is a Startup company leading a 4-company project consortium, consisting of technology licensors, fabricators and critical service providers. - The vision of NSRE, as a long-term business, is to create a wide range of Services & Projects to provide critical solutions to off-grid communities, or currently uneconomic opportunities. - NSRE is doing this through modular design and innovative integration of proven technologies. this enables NSRE mobile units to be “fit the right market, at the right time, for the right cost”.- NSRE is developing the first Floating Mobile Modular Oil Refinery with Zero Emissions Carbon Offset producing the highest quality fuels meeting local and international environmental standards.

The novel conceptual design of the process integrates gasification technology in upstream operations. • Business Opportunity Manager of a project to farm-in with another IOC by utilizing the new process to gain access to new reserves.
