Project : New Doha International Airport, Qatar As a Site Asst. Engineer I worked with SOJV a joint venture of best Engineering Companies TAISEI and TAV in one of the world’s biggest project of New Doha International Airport QATAR (NDIA). My responsibility is to rectify the QANS (Quality Action Notice) raised by the main contractor in the targeted date. After rectification again raise it for inspection. Collect the current status from the site and present it in the meeting with main contractor and client. This experience would provide me help as well assistance to my new job and ultimately boost up my interpersonal qualities, abilities, skills and confidence level as well.

As a Quality Control Inspector in an Manufacturing Industry which manufactures auto parts for an international automobiles companies like Toyota, Suzuki and Hino according to their given drawing and standard. Checking the wear and tear of die’s, jig’s and fixtures during the production. I perform my duties in welding shop during CO2 and electric arc welding, spot welding, nut projection welding by making destructive testing and non-destructive testing. Analysis of sheet metal parts after press work according to drawing and requirement of client by using measuring tools like vernier calliper, micrometre, height gauge etc. and their final inspection before dispatch on final fixture by making their inspection sheets. That responsibility helps me how to use the measuring tools in the right way and how to make progressive reports for monthly progress meeting with client. Always try to get zero PPM for my company without making a single rejection on assembly line.
