Created an operator's training manual. The manual comprised Raw Materials, Process Overview and Basic Maintenance. •Basic knowledge related Raw Material (Polypropylene) and different additives used in the production of BOPP Film. •Process Overview of BOPP Film Manufacturing and orientation of polymer chains during its processing. •Critical adjustments that were required to be done during processing, which eventually reduces the downtime and makes the process more smooth and productive.Researched and performed various test of BOPP and CPP Films in order to confirm the quality under the Department of Operational Excellence. The essential tests that were performed for all sort of films were:•Visual Inspection•Grammage•Wetting Tension•Haze test•Sealing Strength

Compiled and modified the SOPs of machine in order to increase the efficiency and reduce risk probability in Electropolymers Pvt. Limited as an intern. Interacted with maintenance and engineering group to troubleshoot injection systems in the engineering and manufacturing department of injection molding.

Worked on the characterization of Polymeric materials using different testing machines also worked on a3rd party client-based project in which my team had to test the properties of the given materials.
