I founded ABC Rådgivende Ingeniører in 2009 with a vision to create sustainable holistic solutions and competency-based consulting. Initially, we focused on small, private projects. Over time however, the scope and complexity of the projects grew, and so did the ambitions.Today, ABC provides consulting and engineering services to the construction and industrial sectors. We work with private and public partners alike to deliver comprehensive, sustainable solutions intended to benefit both individuals and wider society.I have always believed that company culture and values, as well as employee satisfaction, are the cornerstones of performance. Our approximately 150 dedicated colleagues, spread out across our offices in Glostrup and Silkeborg, are our most important resource. Our growth has been significant, culminating in our receiving an eighth consecutive Børsen Gazelle award for growth in 2023.Based on our holistic and sustainable concept, we conduct construction projects ranging from 5,000 to 72,000 square meters across a range of functions, including public housing, offices, institutions, healthcare facilities, schools, cultural buildings, industrial facilities, pharma and the like. Today though, we offer so much more than construction: we are a multidisciplinary engineering house offering many services and specialties, including fire management, sustainability, digital innovation, installations and the like. Our aim is to create the most qualified and comprehensive projects possible for our clients.The construction industry currently accounts for over 40% of total CO2-emissions. This means that ABC's greatest challenge and most important task is in safeguarding and assisting the transition towards greener practices.We firmly believe that by translating and developing our expertise in sustainable, digital, and automated solutions, we can push the construction industry towards a greener, more sustainable future. Therefore, we also work purposefully with digital innovation through a range of digital tools.Another important element in reducing CO2-emissions is considering reuse, recycling, and renovation rather than always building new.
