**NOC & IT Officer**- Proactively manage and configure network devices to optimize performance and security.- Troubleshoot network devices to resolve issues and maintain uninterrupted connectivity.- Monitor all company devices, including network equipment and servers, using the Zabbix monitoring system to ensure stability and performance.- Establish and manage VPN tunnels between various company sites to facilitate secure and efficient communication.- Ensure the reliability and integrity of VPN connections to support the company's remote access requirements.- Collaborate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to address problems related to latency and packet loss that could impact real-time transactions.- Negotiate with ISPs to implement solutions that improve network performance and reduce downtime.- Efficiently resolve technical issues reported by employees through ticketing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.- Provide timely and effective technical support to enhance overall productivity.
