As a Business Solutions Intern at SunLife Takaful Malaysia Bhd, my role is supporting various aspects of business solutions development and implementation. This also include assisting in analyzing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design and enhancement of business systems. I’ve also participated in meetings to discuss project progress. Additionally, learning about Takaful principles and how they apply to insurance and financial services are also a part of my internship experience. Overall, the internship provided me with exposure to the business solutions domain within the context of Takaful operations.

As an Operations Manager at a food stall, my role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. My responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising employees, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring food safety standards. I’m also responsible for managing the budget, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, implementing efficient workflows, and addressing customer concerns.

As a Sales Assistant at Puma, my responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing transactions accurately, and staying informed about Puma products. Additionally, I’m involved in restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and contributing to a positive and energetic shopping environment. Effective communication and a passion for sports and fashion are key attributes for my success in this role.
