Assistance in planning, development, management and delivery of projects to maintain improve and ensure safety of the building construction system.1-Assist in controlling contractor’s works with an appropriate supervision of all the field activities.2-Assist in reviewing & evaluating contractor’s submissions providing the required recommendations for approval.3-Assist in controlling contractor works and ensure material specifications; workmanship and quality control for all works in compliance with the contract requirement.4-Assist in planning and schedules the assignments of the consultant’s site supervision staff.5-Support in coordination with contractors agents, consultants, employer’s representatives and relevant authorities for the smooth execution of the works.

Provide and prepare structural design for different kind of buildings, responsible for accomplish municipality structural approvals, and supervise on contractor’s construction works. Main duties include the following but not limited to:1-Evaluation of structure design and preparation of structural drawings along with drafting specification for structural repairs and rehabilitation.2-Ensuring excellent structural design and providing solutions for complex technical issues.3-Using essential PC and standard applications software for preparing structural design models as per International codes and municipality regulations.4-Assistance in inspection of drawings, documents and reports on discrepancies, and maintains onsite general safety regulations.5-Monitor, develop & maintain proper structural designs along with other building design aspects and close monitoring of contractors work on site.6-Supervise, review, comment & report on contractors work.

Reporting to the Projects Manager, providing technical guidance to field staff and consultants to ensure the delivery of capital program successfully and involved in the construction of building structures:1-Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.2-Help out in ensuring all works are fully complied with the regulatory and client’s requirements.3-Assist in reviewing submissions to municipality and support for recommendations for approval.4-Coordinates with all sub-contractors for providing all required services as per contract / clients requirements.5-Ability to read, interpret and take decisive decisions.6-Quantities take off, BOQs & quotations preparations and materials procurements.
