Inside GE (2015-till now) main duty is to explain the specifications and features of our CT portfolio to existing or potential customers, with the goal of making a sale. also doing forecast a company's potential sales and ensure these targets are met. travelling around Iraq and attempt to sell products and build relationships.-Coordinate and lead sales associates.-Inform and assist customers regarding technical and specialized merchandise.-Take the lead in resolving customer complaints and ensure customer satisfactions.My work inside Al-itkan Company(2003-2014) (Siemens medical agent in Iraq) gives me the chance to cover wide range of responsibilities including - doing site surveys, implement plan drawings, 3rd party coordination and staff supervision for pre-installation, Installation and Commissioning of CTs at about 70 hospitals and diagnostic centers- Assisting our sales Team by doing presentations on Imaging System technology to customers ,marketing and implementing sales events.-As a modality manager, I was involved in doing strategic planning, supervision and handling of (maintenance, service and the quality of all the related issues of the CT modality).
