• Managing and operating supervisors, machines and production lines efficiently and effectively.• Coordinate production schedules and determining deadlines and allocating resources to ensure efficient and timely production execution.• Work with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality control, procurement, warehouse and planning to streamline production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.• Follow-up all production phases from the start of production to shipping date and make sure all processes running smoothly.• Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to identify and implement process improvement. • Prepare production reports and analyze line efficiency, machine utilization, labor productivity and defect rate to identify areas for improvement and implement actions as necessary.• Addressing any issues that arise during production operations and employing analytical skills to diagnose root causes and implement sustainable solutions.• Follow-up 5S checklists for production lines, including incentive calculation, with regular reporting to HR.• Manage monthly purchase requests for production needs, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient delivery.• Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, company's internal policies and Nike policies.
