• Have been assigned to the Presales Consultant role in addition to the current Solutions consultant post performing the following:
• Provide presales design support for both new and existing customers covering any of the Orange Business Services Solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the external tools that are required in conjunction with internal tools, systems and processes in order to develop quality approved proposals to customers.
• Contribution to the relevant Knowledge Management Repository
• Interfacing with customers as required during any stage of the customer lifecycle and effectively articulate the Orange value proposition
• Responsible for validating all non-standard elements in all proposals.

• Responsible for transferring customers’ requirements into an order-able solution based on Orange Business products and services. - For installed products & solutions,owns technical design from concept to subsequent.
• Maintain a good level of communication with the customer and act as their technical champion within Orange Business Services
• Ensuring that service details being requested can be delivered (Availability, Capacity, and Technical Compliance, Regulatory etc).
• Documenting solutions to allow project teams to deploy services and for Operational hand-off.
• Accountable for Quote To Bill commercial and technical milestones.
• Reporting to Consultant account team lead and to the Head of the Technology Office regarding progress. b) Business Development:

- Acting as the highest level of Escalation for IP networks in Orange Business Services. Also considered escalation point for Network Problem Expert Level 3 position- Handling the most complex escalated IP problems wihthin a limited aggressive time frame.- VPN Architecture: MPLS VPN- Network devices: Cisco Routers and switchs, Juniper, MRV- Remote Access.

Egypt

- Crisis management team leader for Cairo MSC ( Major Service Center) network problems.- Act as the high level of technical escalation for the Service desk & incident management dept, lead & provide technical guidance and support for these entities toward problem resolution.- Lead NPE shift and support other team members in escalated issues and technical.

To provide a professional first point of contact for the Customer.- Provide technical point of contact for customers’ incidents.- Troubleshoot and handle all complex incidents within the time frame agreed with the business.- Own the resolution responsibility of the reported customer incidents either solely or with the help/intervention of other teams..
