Business Development:- Following up with Dubai land Department and RERA to get the new laws and regulations.- Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on real estate regulations and legislation that affects the industry.- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.- Meeting with developers to accumulate knowledge about projects in Dubai.- Conduct meeting with investors to enlarge the company portfolio.- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.Sales Director:- Conduct weekly meeting to bring the sales team up with the upcoming projects and Rules and regulation from the DLD and RERA.- Conduct weekly meeting and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques.- Keep coming up with new strategy to improve the team’s performance in Sales and Leasing.- Advise agents on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.- Meeting with high profile clients to propose new investment opportunities.

Real Estate Brokerage - Prospecting new clients by cold calling and attending multiple events- Staying up to date with the Montreal Real Estate Board for new developments and laws.- Preparing listing presentation for a specific property.- Constructing a Comparative Market Analysis- Taking Professional photograph of the properties for marketing purposes.- Uploading the listing on the MLS (Multi Listing System) - Manage all sellers and buyers files and keeping the files up to date with all documents required by the government of Canada.- Obtaining mortgage approvals from different bank for all the finance buyers.

Customer service Department:- Receiving all the inbound calls and redirecting the calls to the specified department needed.- Resolve all issues in order to avoid a call back .National Retail Support:- Receive all inbound calls from retail shops all across Canada and Assist the agent calling in making a sale.- Assist the sales agent with the IT department when facing issues with the systems.- Applying for a credit score with Equifax to allow client to sign up with owner services.Manager of French National Support Team Department:- Train all new staff in resolving issues and assisting sales agents in all French retails.- Manage a team of 13 agents - Conducting by weekly meeting to read statistics and improve performance of my team.- Complete weekly reports of staff attendance, performance and efficiency. - Help Desk for 5 teams in the department for any help or special exceptional authorization.
