 Handling Accounts Receivables and Payables• Assist Financial Controller to make Financial Statement. • Assist the Financial Controller in financial Analysis to produce the reports for higher management • Ensure All the Expenses and Income enters in proper G/L and cost center.• Post accrued entries at end of the month. • Sale lost report/out of stock report on daily basis • Stock Taking on Monthly basis• Daily sale and collection Report• Prepare Marginal statement product and customer wise for Pricing • Implement Pricing in system• Carried out bank reconciliations, processed bank transfer requests, passing all receipt, payment & journal entries• Billing Coordinator • Handling Import Purchase• Ensure all Invoices as per contract & supported with necessary documents.• Prioritizing the payments to suppliers in coordination with Procurements Department• Dealing with the debtor’s queries• Monitoring Account receivable by, ensuring timely receipts, debtor’s reconciliations, rebates, discounts, credit note, debit note• Follow-up payments to manage the outstanding sales balance falling due and contact customers before the balance become overdue to confirm payments.• Stock transfer from one store to another.• Preparing Salary sheet on WPS and submitting in bank.• Reporting to financial controller and General Manager.
