During one of my early jobs as a bank teller, I grabbed the opportunity to sell phones for a customer, turning a profit by moving his stock on Kijiji at a time when e-commerce was still nascent.The experience taught me that it was important to adapt and innovate rapidly to achieve success.Over the next few years, I used this philosophy to grow Basatne International into a leading distributor of consumer electronics. From a one-man operation, we expanded to include over 80 team members, working across 3 continents.In 2021, we noticed a new challenge affecting our clients: returns.
