Tasks:🔹Leading a multicultural and multidisciplinary team, managing their tasks and coordinating joint work between them to ensure the successful completion of projects.🔹Supervising the site, reviewing and accepting engineering drawings, and ensuring that they comply with the project’s specifications and requirements.🔹 Preparing a bill of quantities (BOQ), submitting technical offers and completing contracts🔹Planning, pricing, and monitoring the progress of project, completion and ensuring adherence to deadlines.🔹Troubleshooting and providing appropriate solutions.🔹Periodic visits to the site for all projects (residential and commercial projects, in Riyadh and Jeddah) and monitoring the progress of work.🔹Dealing with clients, receiving summaries of detailed requests, and clarifying project requirements🔹Review and coordinate drawings and construction documents, and quality control.🔹Coordinating follow-up with local and international consultants and all other relevant specialists.🔹Innovative integrated architectural planning and design, concept development and final design.🔹 Participate in the coordination of architectural drawings according to a systematic design.🔹2D rendering of plans, sections and elevations.🔹3D rendering and modeling (advanced drawing and perspective).🔹 Follow up the architecture, interior design and landscaping departments of existing projects.🔹 Site supervision, follow-up and coordination of operations.
