- Preparing the Primavera plan for the projects, controlling, monitoring & follow-up.- Applying Quality tools & techniques to sort out the issues causing delay.- Responsible to prepare Work Orders, Comparison statements, MAS for project.- Assisting Contracts Manager in preparation of Project data Reports & Material Approval sheets.- Preparing, managing, monitoring & follow-up of daily, weekly & monthly reports.- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.- Drawing plans; using specialised design software packages.- Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.- Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.- Collaborating with site managers, engineers, site worker and other professionals.Organising the transportation of materials.- Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.- Ensuring QA/QC procedures are carried out routinely.

• Perform all daily inspection and test of the parts manufactured necessary to achieve the quality of products required in the drawings and specifications.• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the production department and ensuring the manufacturing as per Work instructions provided, approved method statement and inspection test plan.• Coordinate with production in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS & SOP’s.• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire quality procedures, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, raw materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and SI.• Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering relating to parts manufacturing.• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.• Carry out Internal Audit at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.• Attending meetings & rectifying customer complaints related to product specification & operations in comparison with SOP’s.• Worked on a manufactured part causing rejection & sorted out the issue through QC technique Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, 5 WHY technique. Resulting increase in production & customer complaints reduced
