This marked a significant turning point, showcasing proficiency in both technical and soft skills and particularly refining my collaborative abilities through effective teamwork. Drawing from my experience as a freelance legal interpreter, I have cultivated strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and communication. My past roles have honed my customer service skills, which are advantageous for troubleshooting customer tickets.My future goal is to deepen my knowledge and pursue an associate certificate in AWS Solution Architect.
