 Reporting to the general manager Set and direct the general company’s commercial strategies covering business development in sales and marketing for 3 brands {Etisalat, Nokia & Samsung HA}. Analyse Upper Egypt & Delta market statistics to develop sales opportunities, forecast to ensure profit growth and the expansion of the company’s products in Upper Egypt & Delta markets.  Set weekly plans, submit weekly report, prepare monthly sales action plan to be submit to the top management with recommended alternatives to gain more market opportunities & Follow up on plans execution. Manage the execution of the marketing activities and plan. In charge of the team recruitment, performance management, career development, and appraisal systems compensation and benefits and all organizational plans. Assure the compliance of company’s objectives and goals as well as sales targets & Monitor the current expansion plan and determine the best business models.
