Production Operations Department1. Assigned to Production Operations Department team—Participated in daily production and operation meeting which discusses previous day report and daily task and operation such as maintenance project and production rate.2. Developed a simplified flow diagram of oil, gas, and produced water for East Belumut platform by interpreting Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagram (PFD) for refined operation activities.3. Improved Asset Integrity & Reliability Monitoring by performing constructability reviews on every valve by classifying based on its criticality and maintenance history. Utilised Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to develop an Asset Health Dashboard for valves at East Piatu platform.4. Executed successful Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on EPA-06 choke valve for East Piatu platform for Student Industrial Internship Programme (SIIP) project. Analysed and determined the root cause of failure of the valve and managed to produce an RCFA report and proposed solution and implementation for the problem. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align design specifications with production capacity to prevent further failure.5. Assisted in major maintenance project during Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) shutdown in August 2019 especially in preparation of material, manpower, risk assessment and management of change including material inspection to secure timely project deliveries.
