Current• Handling a project to improve production yield as for the continuous improvement plan, which successfully increases the output by 2% to 3% for each product respectively.• Demonstrated expertise in conducting extensive analysis across various areas of a production line, meticulously compiling yield data analysis, and preparing detailed reports for management presentations.• Collaborating with the R&D team to build prototype sample for customer and ensuring the process changes from development to production is smooth.• Assisting quality assurance team in doing data collection for Corrective Action Report (CAR), including 8D report and 4M1E assessment to identify root causes and resolve problems that affect the quality of products.• Conducting internal audits and audit reports for other departments to ensure that audited departments comply with laws and regulations, follow proper procedures, and function as efficiently as possible.• Conducting a risk assessment for the production line using risk management tools such as the FMEA model, which help to reduce the operational cost and risk.
