• Led a department with 3 divisions and 7 objectives to optimize and accommodate 600+ members of HMM ITB to fulfill basic needs to study in mechanical engineering.• Initiated the first scholarship collaboration for HMM ITB members with alumni association (IAM ITB).• Conceptualized one-way system to provide academic, financial, mental health and sexual harassment prevention and education, developing talent interest’s members, and increase sense of belonging and community between members in HMM ITB.
