Creates an environment where the team member like to work and grow.Responsibilities:- Responsible for an IT services, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met and delivered well- Lead Cloud Engineer (Cloud Engineer Operation) team members on daily operation, sets both short and long-term goals, delegate tasks according to the department’s needs, ensure the team is able to complete day-to-day tasks- Managing the priority of projects, co-ordination, planning and control of the project, splits the project activity to the team, ensure all project implemented according to the timeline- Coordinate with other departments (internal and external) for upgrades and patches to supported environments- Defines and evaluates changes to the infrastructure to meet the business needs- People management activities including recruiting, motivates the team, performance management- Ensuring that all Infrastructure using technology and equipment that complies with industry standards and upto operation requirement/needs- Managing relationships with outsourced or corporate service providers
