Human Resources Officer
Current• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.• Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and documenting employee complaints or concerns.• Facilitate the comprehensive preparation of final settlements, including calculations for gratuity and accrued leave, ensuring accurate disbursement of employee entitlements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.• Manage the HR department's email inbox and respond to inquiries from employees and managers in a timely manner.• Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as employee newsletters, policy updates, and announcements.• Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.• Efficiently manage company-provided vehicles and SIM cards, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and usage tracking to optimize resource utilization and minimize operational costs• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management processes, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
