CurrentI’m responsible for marketing a product that has moved everything in your home, car and life — a lift truck. In my time at Raymond we have moved something else, too — the needle. Sure, Raymond has always been a lift truck manufacturer. But I’ve helped develop messaging and branding to show customers how it’s become so much more. Raymond is an enterprise that delivers end-to-end warehouse solutions, and I’m excited to help share these solutions with customers. I’ve executed the new branding and messaging enterprise-wide with corporate identity, advertising, sales support tools, websites, apps and trade event programs. In addition, I was able to help bring innovative ideas, including our industry-leading interactive sales tool — now called the Raymond Conversation Suite selling app — to life. And with the team we have here at Raymond, I’m sure the innovative ideas will continue.
