As Senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Project Manager I am responsible for driving and managing AML projects. I have 5 years of hands-on project management experience on AML, working on a variety of AML, Know Your Customer (KYC) and governance types of strategic projects.This type of projects have a high impact on the organization and include AML compliance remediation, current state analysis, gap identification, and future state recommendation.I utilize skills in project management, team management, business analysis, communications, risk management, budget management, quality management, and interpersonal relations to manage increasingly complex projects which are mostly cross-functional in nature. My responsibilities include:- working with AML project sponsor and stakeholders to define scope and objectives, to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives- providing presentations and status updates to top management- managing projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints - identifying risks that impact AML and KYC delivery, ensuring mitigation strategies are developed - ensuring projects are successfully delivered within the quality requirements and planning- facilitating project definition, planning, budgeting, planning, and resourcing- creating and executing work plans and managing change request as needed to meet project demandsAs a Senior Project Manager my skills and experience are:- 15 years of demonstrated project management experience with a wide range of experience in Information Technology, managing large-scale projects, including experience in project scoping, project plan development, project plan maintenance,and risk and issue management- self-motivated and driven to provide results in an effective and efficient manner- ability to take on multiple assignments and work independently- proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives
