- Support full implementation of ICT strategies and introduction/implementation of new technologies and approaches as guided by the UN Myanmar Business Operations Strategy.- Provision of inputs to the result-oriented Unit work plan.- Support the effective functioning of the UN Common hardware and software packages.- Support in the installation of commercial and in-house developed software and related upgrades.- Maintenance of an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware.- Ensures efficient support provided to common network administration which includes monitoring and maintenance of various on-premises Servers.- Providing support for common UN platforms which varies across all UN agencies.- Providing support to technical and administrative support for the smooth running of UN Common Premises.- Provision of the PBX VOIP system administration (Cisco IP Phones and Grandstream IP Phones).- Administering UniFLOW print management system for the whole campus.- Technical facilitation of meetings on Zoom and other videoconferencing platforms.- Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing.

- Provision of inputs to the result-oriented Unit work plan.- Provide ICT support to other UN agencies at ONE UN House in Nay Pyi Taw such as troubleshooting, printer installation, setting up VC unit, etc.- Compliance with corporate information management and technology standards, guidelines, and procedures for the CO technology environment.- Support to ICT implementation of ONE UN house in Nay Pyi Taw.- Performance of routine technical tasks, including changing of hardware electronic components (Radio Devices (Translation Devices), network wiring, power sources, etc.) and routine repairs.- Support in the installation of commercial and in-house developed software and related upgrades- Support users in backing up and restoring their files, as well as in virus detection, removal, and prevention.- Monitoring the consistency of Network access and other devices that connect to our CO Network systems.- Maintenance of an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware.- Maintenance of the inventory and stock of supplies and spare parts- Provision of ICT support to key events.- Participation and assistance in the organization of training for the CO staff on ICT issues.

- Support teachers and staff with their technical problems and provide solutions to any technical issue.- Provision of ICT support to key events of the School.- Support to networks, hardware, software, and application administration.- Maintain ICT devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, printers, scanners, projectors, and laptops to run smoothly.- Maintenance of an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware.- Compliance with corporate information management and technology standards, guidelines, and procedures for the company technology environment.- Maintenance of the inventory and stock of supplies and spare parts in cooperation with the Management Support Unit and Procurement Teams.- Maintain Microsoft Networks along with installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining the MS Server as a web hosting and file sharing server.- Design and implement the web application with a lightweight database for the School Report Card Printing System.- Installation and maintenance of premises CCTV system.- Managed and provided capacity-building sessions for staff, instructors, and teachers.- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and computer graphic designs using MS Office and Photoshop.

- Provide comprehensive systems support especially in Networking.- Assists in managing all IT Systems to ensure efficient and effective operations of the office and compliance with all policies, security, and audit procedures.- Assists in managing technical and administrative support.- Supervise the inventory of IT-related devices such as printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, and laptops.- Lead and manage IT-related projects and report key information to IT Manager.- Testing, researching, and recommending new technology based on best practices that include installing Microsoft Windows Servers, Router Configurations, and wireless solutions.
