* Responsible for management of over 30 indirect sales agents.* Strong understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Providers, their model and proficientin many facets of their business.* Development of curriculum and training of ABS Services.* Manage annual revenue stream in excess of 5 million dollars.* Project management and team lead for major voice and data installations.* Extensive knowledge of both Voice and CPE products and support systems.* Generate, strategize, position, and assist in closing sales through technicalconsulting and leadership.* Evaluate customer business processes with clients and agents to address businessinitiatives.* Prepare request for proposal responses using sound technical principles consistent withservice and profitability objectives.* Coordinate with Service Providers and customer legal departments on contractual issues.* Determine pricing and implementation requirements, including return on investmentmodels for customers.* Evaluate and attend continuing education in strategic selling and channel marketing.
