The Talent Trainee Program, was a collaborative initiative between Snapp Group HR and the Risk and Internal Audit function, Aimed at identifying and nurturing the brightest talents to become the future vanguards of the professional society, this program underscored the unwavering commitment to fostering significant contributions in the field of internal auditing.The journey to discover these future professionals began with an impressive influx of 200 applications, each reflecting the aspirations of individuals eager to make their mark. The initial selection process was meticulously carried out by the HR team, emphasizing articulacy, verbal competence, and proficiency in English. This rigorous screening ensured that only candidates who could effectively communicate and comprehend complex concepts advanced to the next stage.From this pool, 50 candidates were chosen based on their exceptional communication skills and understanding of the English language, highlighting the program's emphasis on clarity and precision in both written and spoken forms. These candidates were then subjected to an intensive interview process conducted by the managers of the Risk and Internal Audit function. This phase was designed to delve deeper into each candidate's technical abilities, ethical reasoning, and potential to innovate within the field.At the conclusion of this demanding yet enlightening process, two individuals emerged as the final selections for the Talent Trainee Program. These candidates distinguished themselves through their exceptional skills, innovative thinking, and a profound commitment to ethical standards, positioning them as ideal representatives of the next generation of internal auditors.
