Andy has a background spanning over twenty-eight years in multifamily design and development in both architecture and development firms. He has been with Hanover for approximately fourteen years and is intimately tied to the process of turning Hanover's multifamily communities from concepts to reality. Andy is active on projects in markets across the continental US including signature high-rise and high-density urban building types. Working with development executives, pre-development, and construction groups, Andy coordinates Hanover’s constantly evolving design on projects, and ensures company standards are met on each property that he oversees. Previous experience prior to Hanover includes positions at architecture firms and at Nelson Forensics in Dallas Texas where Andy served as an expert witness in construction defect and architectural design litigation. Andy has also worked at similar development companies based in Nashville Tennessee and Melbourne Australia. Andy is a graduate of the University of Michigan and North Carolina State University. He maintains an architecture license in Texas and has formerly held architectural licenses in twelve other states.
