Worked within Talent Management and Early Careers during my placement year. • Created job profiles and contributed to the success of launching the Career Framework Model to enhance internal mobility and engaged with stakeholders to deliver and roll out the project to 25,000+ employees. • Lead panel sessions, wrote articles and held presentations and discussions on D&I initiatives, most notably with the NAZ legacy foundation to inspire and guide British youth from minority ethnic backgrounds. • Created E-Learning pathways for incoming graduates as part of their onboarding and training. • Worked with softwares such as LinkedIn Learning and Workday. • Regular progress and performance check ins with teams based in EMEA and USA • Recruited and held interviews for candidates joining the graduate and industrial placement student programmes.
