I'm currently part of Group Compliance team under the Group Integrity, Governance and Assurance, with the focus on Governance & Ethics within the Group. My areas of work includes but not limited to facilitation and maintenance of the core Group Policies, conduct awareness on policies and ethics and reporting the state of compliance to the Board. Previously I was with Corporate Assurance function with the same Group. The Corporate Assurance function provides independent assurance to the Board on the state of internal control within the Group. Areas of experience includes in internal auditing includes but not limited to Upstream Operations in Palm Oil Business (Palm fruit to Crude Palm Oil) and Downstream Operations in Palm Oil Business (Crude Palm Oil to Edible Oil).
