As a passionate facilitator, public speaker, and thought leader, I have had the privilege of engaging in meaningful conversations that touch upon the essence of the human experience. My insights are shaped by my own journey of overcoming adversity, embracing hope, and achieving what was once deemed impossible.Life is a continuous challenge, and finding motivation can sometimes be difficult. I aim to inspire audiences by sharing what drives me and encouraging them to explore their own experience and purpose. Through anecdotes and personal experiences, I touch on topics such as resilience, consistency, fortitude, and the importance of community and a support network.As someone with diverse and politicised identities, I am compelled to consider who shapes our existence and how concepts like privilege intersect with our sense of belonging. I delve into experiences of displacement, discrimination, human rights, representation, spirituality, minorities, and the visibility or invisibility of social issues and political rhetoric. These discussions emphasise the overlapping nature of these issues and the need for a comprehensive understanding.Studying leadership has been a natural progression for me, driven by my own leadership roles and the desire to bring my best to them. I emphasise the importance of self-awareness in understanding others and delve into topics such as organisational culture, relationship management, collaboration, innovation, navigating workplace change, vision, and effective change management.Diversity, inclusion, and belonging are central themes in my work. I invite audiences to consider the multifaceted aspects of representation, gender, culture, place, class, power, and how they influence our collective experiences. By asking thought-provoking questions, my goal is to spark introspection, because true magic happens when an idea resonates and stays with you long after our interaction.

As the Special Counsel Community Engagement for the Western Sydney Leadership Dialogue, a prominent not-for-profit think-tank, I am part of an incredible team of people leading a national conversation about Greater Western Sydney.My role revolves around contributing to meaningful interactions between leaders from diverse sectors, including industry, government, academia, and the community. Through research, analysis, advocacy, and impactful events, WSLD inform public policy debates and advance a regional agenda that drives positive change.As a thought leader, I am dedicated to sharing innovative ideas, challenging the status quo, and inspiring others to embrace transformative initiatives. I leverage my expertise in community engagement, leadership, women's sport, change management and organisational development to guide discussions and shape strategies that foster sustainable growth and prosperity for the region.With a keen focus on community engagement, I champion the voices of diverse stakeholders, ensuring their perspectives are heard and considered in decision-making processes. WSLD are amazing at building strong partnerships and fostering collaboration, we create a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and collective action.Through my commitment to effecting change, I strive to elevate Greater Western Sydney as a dynamic and thriving region, contributing to its social, economic, and cultural development.
