~ Preparing schedules and mine plans for the following mining periods (weekly and 3-month rolling plan)~ Actual to plan compliance review (week to month, month to Business plan)~ Drill and blast design ~ Conducted weekly and daily pit inspections for mining quality control and safety audits~ Conducts mine planning Improvement projects~ Compile and develop weekly and monthly operations reports for mine management~ Assisting Superintendent in running the dailyProduction Meeting~ Conduct pit tours, pre-commitment and commitment meetings for weekly planning requirements~ Optimize mining operations within their limitations and ability~ Ensure that the mine planning group are providing the required level of service to mine operations and projects in the field~ Ensure that environmental and safety policies and strategies are incorporated into mining plans~ Design bench master Plans and bench deployment strategies for the purpose of maximizing ore extraction while upholding safety standards~ Provide support to other technical sections(Blasting, Geology and Survey)
