Targeting consultants eligible to work in UK/Europe with valid visa and work permits like UK/British Citizen, Tier 1 (General), HSM, Tier2, Dependent, ILR/PR (Permanent Resident), EU Citizens (French, Spanish, German, Polish, Irish, etc.), etc.• Sourcing passive as well as active through internet job portals, like monster, LinkedIn etc and company’s proprietary database to support Junior, Middle and Senior level positions for Permanent & Contract jobs from the Information Technology, Automotive, Telecommunication/ Wireless-Networking, Manufacturing, HealthCare, BFSI industries.• Good Knowledge of different tax term in Europe, Switzerland and UK.• Screening and reviewing candidate profile/resume and evaluating applications work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements.• Conduct through initial telephone interviews with selected candidates to evaluate candidate’s qualifications and interest and also negotiate the salary/hourly rate.• Scheduling interviews for candidates with multiple interviewers and at times. • Coordinating in the on boarding process with the client and candidate to ensure easy joining of the candidate on the project.
