AMNON BEN SHAY* VP Finance, CFO and Director in both public and private companies traded on NASDAQ andthe Tel Aviv stock exchange, with vast experience in a dynamic business environment in theareas of finance and banking, communications, real estate, logistics and retail.I am currently serving as a director at SciParc Biosciences Ltd., a leading NASDAQ-tradedcompany engaged in medical cannabis, and as a director at a Hagshama Fund engaged inventures related to both residential and yielding real-estate. I previously served as a director atAzorim (real estate), BGI, AND Walla Capital (non-bank financing), assisting boards ofdirectors in taking critical decisions on behalf of their respective stakeholders.* I bring experience in full P&L management (turnover of approximately 160 million NIS);prepared unified reports in compliance with IFRS; submitted reports to stocks and capitalmarket authorities, including SOX assimilation; and prepared prospectuses for recruitingcapital.* In my current position, I oversee risk management in the company by building a flexible budgetand control and collection processes. In this capacity, I have successfully maximized thecompany's ability to recruit sources of financing from the banking and non-banking systemsalike. I have achieved cost-saving objectives at significant rates through successfulnegotiations with service-providers.* I have led complex negotiations on terms of mergers and acquisitions, including sale of assets. At Boimelgreen Capital Co. I recruited two series of bonds totaling 450 million NIS.  I personally oversaw a bank loan of 775 million NIS which was used for the purchase ofstocks in Azorim (real estate) Co.* I have a deep knowledge of capital market, banking and institutional systems, and a stronglegal and commercial background, leading negotiations with banks on obligations andcollateral.* I have vast experience in managing large and complicated credit systems and a deepacquaintance with the banking system in Israel, including extensive experience inmanaging Obligo and collateral systems/alignments.  At Mizrachi Leasing, I received a credit portfolio of 16 million NIS which, under my leadership, grew to more than 200 million NIS. I conducted leasing transactions of approximately 1 billion NIS.*Throughout the years, I have supervised numerous teams in Finance departmentscomprising accountants, bookkeepers, collectors, payroll accountants and IT specialists.
