I was among the first Israelis who were specially educated, and was privileged to enter and successfully graduate, on Government scholarship grant, from its world class marine officers college in Acre, Israel, as a Marine Engineer. While being taught higher curriculum as part of the over-education strategy of the scholarship based college, I conceived a new hull design which would surpass all existing ones then, and also now. I was instructor for Ships' Power Systems and Ship Safety plus Ship Damage Control and Marine Engineering and Educational Model Making, at Israel's main Naval training base.In preparation for my business career, I chose a career in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. During my 14 year career in this industry, I was the youngest successful Realtor in B.C., specializing in Commercial and Investments' sales and also obtained a Marketing Diploma from UBC as well as lobbied for higher professional standards and the creation of an important service club, which now facilitates and increases the volume of Industrial Commercial & Investments' sales for the Victoria Real Estate Board.I semi-retired from the Real Estate Industry, to begin serious R&D on my conceptual continuous lift hull, resulting with the development of Surfins Technology for the vast marine market of existing marine crafts and including Seaplanes, being also very careful to create it as an attractive investment opportunity of a rare kind.I care to improved true education and respectful profits for business, with special understanding focused on The Inventor's and The Investor's best mutual interests in newly formed productive corporations.
