Oversaw 15 different committees in the day-to-day tournament activities. Managed and controlled a combined$1.3 million budget of all 15 committees.In 4 months, successfully recruited, screened and placed 92% of the 508 volunteers required.Extended the event’s reach beyond the main venue and attracted 20,000 fans to the World Junior Fan Zone and 30,000 fans to the Molson Canadian Hockey House over 6 days.Created an online school program that achieved over 5,600 grade 1-6 student participants nationwide.Executed a 50/50 program that generated over $1.43 million in total sales over 11 games.Executed VIP programs for IIHF, Hockey Canada, Host Organizing Committee, corporate partners and other VIP’s including gifting, accommodations, transportation, and lounge & suite services.Executed a memorable opening ceremony and post-game award presentations.Created an information services program that serviced local and international attendees.
