Total After Sales Operations in South Africa which includes but not limited to:- Generate After Sales (Parts, Service and Component rebuild/refurbishment) turnover- Manage the Fleet (Power Equipment/Machines) Contract Service Agreements business effectively- Manage the Customer Service Representatives- General administration and management of the department. - Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (includes management of HR value chain)- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues and principals through effective communication - Drive achievement of regional financial targets through the Balanced Scorecards (Key Performance Indicators Management)- Identify the organisations strengths and weaknesses in terms of After Sales Opportunities in the market- Respond to opportunities and threats in the market environment- Ensure strategies are developed to lead a continual growth in the After Sales business- Develop and implement pricing strategy for after Sales- Marketing strategies and after sales incentive schemes negotiated with OEM’s

Reporting to the Dealership General Manager with authority to carry out the following duties, which include but are not limited to: - Direct, develop and control the sale of Parts to internal and external customers working with other Departments, within the Company, including National After Sales - Development of the regional (South of Gauteng) network to supply all customers operating Toyota and VW products, including working with Toyota South Africa and VWSA to implement and operating standards and structures - Direct, develop and control resources with the object to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction - Undertakes appropriate sales promotional programs and campaigns, working with other local and national managers - Participates in sales forecasts, market research, statistical analysis and feasibility studies

- Engineering equipment sales- Build & initiate relationship with our distribution suppliers - Engineering Consultation with engineering firms, municipalities, engineering companies on effective product selection & specification of related equipment on Engineering Projects- Canvass for new business in my given area (Mpumalanga & Swaziland Regions- Engineering solutions design & Project management- Sales & Business strategy creation for my given region

- Apply Six sigma Statistical “problem solving tool” methodology on the automotive plastic products and processes- Offer Engineering solutions on the machinery.- Operation and basic setting of injection Moulding machinery - Process analysis, design and control- Quality control . - Initiate, develop financial budgets and manage continuous improvement Projects.

- Generate conceptual CAD/Graphic Layouts for the assembly plant for conceptual design, process analysis and problem solving- Lead, manage, develop preliminary budgets for small scale structural projects.
