I worked within Rediff.com as a renewals executive. Handled a number of inbound/outbound calls per day.Updating databases on Excel sheets with the customer information.Emailing the clients whenever necessary for renewal of their subscription.Out-calling customers and trying to maintain the revenue targets as a team.

I was working with Reliance Jio as Contact Center Advisor Non-Voice Chat process for pan India where we have to handle the customer queries on triple concurrency flow and provide them with first-time resolutions.I was responsible for creating service requests if the customer is facing an issue.Providing the customer with ongoing offer details and new services if launched by the company.

I worked as City Co-ordinator under Swachha Bharat Abhiyan for Maharashtra Government for Dapoli Nagar Panchayat. I handled, collaborated and supervised team of around 30 staff members for cleaning up of different parts of city to achieve target results. I gave seminars in schools and colleges for the awareness of Swachha Bharat Abhiyan for 2017-2018.

I worked as Executive - Customer Support for Inbound, Outbound, WhatsApp chats and WebChat, also worked as an executive in the Network Operation department for few months.I provided assistance to customer service via live chat, email, phone and social media.I resolved customer queries promptly using de-escalation techniques and answered incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.I out called customers upfront wherever necessary to resolve the queries.
