- Analyze business processes & systems processes and recommend improvements using ERP System solutions - Communicate effectively and openly to all levels of leadership within the organization, and drive discussions proactively when additional attention and focus is required. - Collaborate with both business and technology teams to ensure project objectives are being met, the scope is continuously understood by all relevant parties, and that the technical solutions being implemented are as simple as possible yet lasting in tenure. - Support business by resolving day-to-day issues and provide assistance to the users. - Provides support/problem analysis and resolution of ERP and non-ERP applications. - Assist in Day-to-Day issues and identify change projects - Participate in business process improvement committees as needed. - Participate in implementations and, if needed, give first-level support. - Driving multiple medium/large scale initiatives simultaneously, and managing work effectively based on business needs and priority.

• Creating a demand vs. supply document and keeping track of packed quantities, client orders, and row material availability..• Creating MRP documents, keeping track of inventory, and sending requested materials to the Purchasing Department.• Ensure that the Orders are in sync with the pack-house and inventory staff..• keep track of client orders and make sure they're fulfilled.• Ascertain that customers are aware of the status of their orders.• Enhancing the data collection and statistics collection procedure in the pack-house

• Preparing all shipments documentation to the Customs clearance and freight forwarders ( initial & final S/D , custom invoice , packing list )• Reviewing and confirming the drafts with the Customs clearance and freight forwarders (B/L,Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary certificate...etc).• Following up all shipments (with customs clearance, shipping lines & forwarders).• Preparing all shipments documentation to the clients (booking confirmation with shipping lines, initial & final S/D, B/L, certificate of origin , commercial invoice , price list & packing list ).• Updating required Daily shipping table .• Receiving the Telex Releases from shipping lines & forwarders
