Architect engineer with 15 years’ experience in Q.S. and Tendering, have played the same role with consultants and contractors, Previous experience in following project types (residential, commercial, hotels and hospitals) in following countries (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Egypt). Familiar with (FIDIC, CSI Master Format, Method of measurements, POMI, CESMM, SMM and NRM).Briefly my duties involved followings;• Prepare all tender documents for submission such as (BODR, BOQ, Calculations, Cut sheets, LOD and Specs) for stages (Concept, Schematic, DD, TD, and IFC).• Take-off quantities for architecture, ID, furniture, structure and landscape works with full breakdown AutoCAD files, Revit schedules and Excel sheets.• Prepare Logs, reports and schedules such as (Submittal, Tender queries, Take-off sheets, Revit schedules, Project progress, project tracker, RFIs, Vendor list and suppliers, Issues and lesson learn, data exchange, …. etc.).• Prepare general conditions, special conditions (as per client / project requirements), set principles and prepare a master document for this item, focusing on architectural department.• Prepare full BOQ. Bill of quantities according to CSI Master Format Version required.• Prepare full Specs. Specifications according to CSI Master Format version required.• Prepare MOM. Method of measurement.• Prepare Vendor list and suppliers.• Quotations.• Prepare technical evaluation for bidders.• Prepare Material validity.• Prepare cost estimate.• Variation orders.• Prepare Client, contractor and sub-contractor invoices.• Prepare As built drawings for stage (Handover).• Prepare request for information RFI.• Prepare shop drawing.• Team leader.• Project Engineer.• Project coordinator.
