As a Sr. Design Engineer at Benninger India Pvt Ltd, I apply my mechanical engineering knowledge and product design skills to create innovative and cost-effective solutions for the textile finishing industry. I have over 9 years of experience in designing and developing heavy machinery, process equipment, dryers, and plastic, sheet metal, and machining parts.also to design a Pharma equipment, capsule machine, mixtures machines.I am proficient in using software tools like Solid Works 2021, PDM, and SAP to perform 2D-3D modelling, drafting, assembly, FEA, and technical documentation, following the DIN ISO EN standards for GD&T. I also coordinate and support prototype manufacturing, localization, and cost reduction activities, working with cross-functional teams and customers. Some of my achievements include designing and releasing multiple products, generating and revising technical documentations, and solving design and development related issues.
