As a Data Solution Architect, I’m responsible for creating and implementing overall data conversion strategy and execution from pre-discovery to deployment for HCM, Absence, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Recruiting domains.I have extensive experience in leading the data conversion methodology sessions, guiding customers populate their data in the data gathering templates, executing data loads in the tenant, maintaining the list of issues across each prototype and walking the customer over them to eliminate the issues in future builds, conducting knowledge transfer sessions for the customers and providing support during and post Go-Live.I have Architected and/or led several Medium and Large scale enterprise deployments in the SEA and ANZ regions.
