• Administration production processes and if require run, adjust and update schedules as needed. • Responsible for Execution of Batches Safely-as per SOPs.• Coordinate with the concerned department to achieve organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as plan.• Maintain the ISO14001, ISO 9001, and 5S as well as documents and records; drive 5S and lean related activities like firefighting, first aid measures, and emergency preparedness.• Routine maintenance of production equipment.• Keep up-to-date of new technology that can be used in the production process.• Maximize the production process to lower costs.• Closely associated with supply chain functions, stores, order execution up to dispatch stage to maximize production so that we can meet pre-set production targets.• Involvement with Manpower Planning, Capacity utilization& stores management.• Plan the capacity of machines & resources to meet customer’s dispatches on time.• Making data entry of finished goods products, maintain batch cards records in SAP system.• Interact with stores functions to get updates on raw material & packaging material availability.
