Delegate Acquisition and Data Management. Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into registered delegates for conferences and events while simultaneously conducting data research, managing sales and delegate data, and extracting meaningful insights to drive strategic decision-making. Expertise in utilizing CRM software, social media platforms, data analytics tools, and data visualization techniques to achieve organizational goals. Under general supervision, but conforming to established policies and procedures, employee will perform various Loan Processing duties in an efficient and accurate manner while providing STAR quality customer service.Release collateral and perform necessary documentation at pay-out.•Review and maintain existing loans for trailing collateral documentation (Quote payoffs and lot releases to Attorneys when requested and process when received).•Assist in processing and documenting draw requests and inspections.•Process note payments (File/Scan documents in appropriate loan files to maintain accurate records and documentation).•Open new loan files to include ordering appraisals, floods and title searches.•Monitor insurance coverage on collateral to include calling insurance companies for initial verification and working insurance exception list.•Assist in preparing modifications, extensions and working maturing loans report.•Assist Department Manager as needed Primary back up to the Construction Loan Processor.•Assist loan customers as needed Attend training sessions as needed including required BVS assignments and other job-related training courses Work loan exception report (Bankway).•Obtain proper CIP information (Adhere to the Policies and Procedures of the bank and comply with all banking laws, rules and regulations).•Perform other duties as assigned.

Tools - Marketo for daily/weekly/monthly campaign management, Salesforce.Industry experience : Banking & Finance, Finance & Accounting, Information technology and Security, Government, Healthcare etc.* Adding updating and tracking campaign management services with latest techniques like, Marketo, sales force and client database.* Daily work on updating White Papers, Newsletters and Journals from client end.* Creating lead reports & KPI for campaign * Data cleaning and updating records on CMS such as Marketo, Salesforce and B2B softwares* Updating and follow work on SOP and creating Backup implementation plans for database and adhoc report* Coordinating with USA market research and marketing team for smooth process. Effort to fill-up gap between marketing and sales department * Imparting training to new employee and create new training plan to ensure of knowledge flows.* Experienced in paid database such as LinkedIn, jigsaw, capita liq, zoom info and free boolean Google search for editing and updating prospects.* Assigning and managing task,adhoc reports to team and take ensure to meet their SLA.
