To provide evidence that the customer engineering design record and specification requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled by the supplier, and demonstrating the established manufacturing process has the potential to produce the part that consistently meets all requirements during the actual production run at the quoted production rate of the manufacturing process.• Expert in Statistical process control (SPC), which emphasizes early detection and prevention of problems, rather than the correction of problems after they have occurred. Strong knowledge on applying a method of quality control which employs statistical methods to monitor and control a process. To ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less waste (rework or scrap).• Strong experience on SPC practices in 2 phases: The first phase is the initial establishment of the process, and the second phase is the regular production use of the process. In the second phase, a decision of the period to be examined is made, depending upon the change in 5M&E conditions and wear rate of parts used in the manufacturing process (machine parts, jigs, and fixtures).• Layout inspection to ensure complete measurement of all the dimensions with respect to the approved drawings of any component, basic purpose to check if everything is as per plan, and if in case any modifications are required, the same can be updated.• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining challenging goals and effective time management.• Excellent customer interfacing experience, communicating with internal management, cross-Functional teams & clients in order to meet customer expectations & expectation of excellence.
