Quality Engineer
Current• Active participation in cross verifying In-house Quality Inspection of regular products and to monitor daily rejection on assembly lines.• Expert to conduct Red Bin Meeting and to take action against Rejection, to ensure all assembly process & parameters as per defined specification & also to check fixtures status on every stage.• Responsible to verify all FPA (First Piece Approval) on assembly lines, make Sample Inspection Report of New Product Parts (Child part & Assemble), take Measurement of Molded and Assemble Part.• In depth knowledge of preparing Layout Inspection Plan, SPC Plan & MSA Plan. Expert in making Layout Inspection Report as per Layout Inspection Plan,to conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) study, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) as per SPC & MSA Plan.• Strong experience in making Statistical process control (SPC), which emphasizes early detection and prevention of problems, rather than the correction of problems after they have occurred. Strong knowledge on applying a method of quality control which employs statistical methods to monitor and control a process. To ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less waste (rework or scrap).• In depth knowledge of executing Final QC Inspection of all Assembly Parts of New Products before sending to customer end.• Experienced in designing and preparing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, to ensure that a supplier can meet the manufacturability and quality requirements of the parts supplied to the customer. To provide evidence that the customer engineering design record and specification requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled by the supplier, and demonstrating the established manufacturing process has the potential to produce the part that consistently meets all requirements during the actual production run at the quoted production rate of the manufacturing process.
