• Preparing the Quality Plan for incoming parts.• SWS preparation for incoming inspection activity.• SWS preparation for inspection of in-house machined components.• Safety FMEA preparation for all inspection activities.• Preparation of various formats like inspection check list, Quality plan Template, Cleanliness evaluation check sheet etc.• Layout inspection check list.• Preparation of sampling plan for inspection.• CFT Member of Incoming Quality Assurance process set up.• Doing MSA study for gauges.• Layout inspection of PPAP Parts.• Leading the inspection activity of parts imported for Assembly line validation.

• Conducting Product as well as Process audits in Machine Shop.• Root cause analysis of product & process non-conformances.• Maintaining the Quality Management System.• Monitoring the implementation of product modifications, Corrective Action Requests, Deviations & Engineering Alteration Advice in all sections.• Conducting Layout inspection for all Components.• Inspection of Proto (New) Components.• Analysis of Defects observed during assembly of the engine.• Preparation of PPM data sheet For supplier wise, part wise, etc. on monthly basis.• Doing transaction of the material on ERP system, The ERP system used in KOEL is Oracle.• Monitoring the audit plan of 3CMM and Metallurgical Inspection.• Maintaining the Assembly line rejection less than 1000 PPM.• Achieving the target of 95% of GRR clearance within 4 working days.• Preparation and modification of Quality plans and check lists as the drawing gets changed.• Following and maintaining the ISO System.• Submitting the gauges for calibration and issuing after the calibration.• Submission of KAIZEN on monthly basis.• Conducting the Millipore audit as per plan.• Visiting the suppliers in case of any emergency.• Taking corrective actions on the Customer complaints.
