 Monitor the complete backend work. Make planning and allotment of the work to meet the required TAT. Analyzing, Suggesting & Implementing Changes to improve process. Provide assistance to other members in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Responsible for all types of Reports, Dashboard & updating data. Creating Microsoft Power Point presentation required by management. Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements cost and schedule. Updating Data and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis. Creating and updating team’s productivity report in Dashboard and Share MIS Dashboard to the Management. Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data. Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements cost and schedule. Excellent in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & Charts, Macro, Forms, data validation & Scenarios, presentations, Mail Merge, Etc.) Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime. Making advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports. Maintain complete master data of the sales team. Allot and monitor work to team the members. Keep track and of the allotted work. Interact with the IT and department to get the work done (IT or Admin related issues). Find out and create old tenders database and send the RTI (Right to Information Act) application to get required information. Maintain RTI related database.

 Verification of documents received from client and make entry of the data in to the software. Preparing and analyze reports On daily/weekly/quarterly basis, creating multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data & sent it to seniors and to client. Interacting with client directly through scheduled daily / weekly Business Conversation (email/call). Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime. Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department. Downloading Client Data from Our system Database & Ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of all reports. Making advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports. Excellent in MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & Charts, Forms, data validation & Scenarios).
