Hired to set up the FX Macro Directional and Volatility Trading Desk. Lead a small trading and development team focused on FX responsible for investing client money within the Capula Global Relative Value $6 Billion fund.

Through his leadership, Amol refocused the risk management and technology philosophy generating a dramatic positive effect on client service, revenues, and profitability. Being promoted to Managing Director in his twenties became London Head of the G10 Foreign Exchange Derivatives Desk overseeing large trading, quant, and technology teams.

Joined as an intern, Amol’s responsibilities grew. Amol worked in the London office for 4 years, short placements in New York and thereafter Zurich where he was promoted to the European Head of the Team.

I worked within an Assurance and Business Advisory sector audit team focusing on public sector.
