• Maintaining Incoming Quality, In-process Quality, fit & functioning of Final assembly as per std.(Pipe Bending, Muffler assembly, Canning, Sub Assembly, Robot Welding, Fixture Testing, Dispatch)• Develop Quality Assurance & risk management thinking & value creation through knowledge sharing, Coaching & mentoring.• Lead & conduct Process and Product Audit as per plan.• Warranty failure analysis• Customer complaint resolution ,identification and management of complaint root cause and tracking of the same, Customer complaint Handling ,Co-ordination & closure in customer portal.• Calculating & analysis monthly Customer PPM ,internal PPM, rework & scrap Data.• New Project Assessment and up gradation by validating the process and identifying scope for • improvement as per Quality System• Performing New supplier assessment (NSA), Process & commodity audit as per plan• Driving APQP Cluster program.• Conducting & verifying PPAP of all new development. Apply & certify PPAP for all new productdevelopment from customer. • Qualify tooling, jigs, fixtures and inspection gauges and maintain up to date pre-launch PPAP records.• Preparing PSW, process flow, control plan, PFMEA, Quality plan, PDI check sheet, CTQ, SOP, materialtest verifications, welder qualification records, calibrated gauges etc. documents available for all newdevelopments from the supplier. • Reducing rejection levels at customer end through process improvement & implementing Poka Yoke.Monitoring & controlling defects by using 7 QC tools methods.• Conducting & adhering to daily fabrication audit of all welded assemblies as per plan.

Supplier Quality, Analysis ofrejection/reworkproduced on line at shop floor,preparing corrective/preventive action plan &disposal of non-confirmingcomponents as rework/scrap. Monitoring process controls like First- off Inspection,New sample approval, Control charts etc.• Maintaining Incoming material Quality, In-process Quality, fit & functioning of Final assembly (as per IS Standards, Core Assembly, CCA, Tanking, Dispatch)• Coordination with the suppliers/vendors for the defects observed, Conducting RCA and initiating Improvement activities at the supplier end• Incoming material Quality and testing.• Identification & Analysis of the defect trends of Defects observed during Mfg. processes by timely plotting QA & QD Matrices and Pareto charts• Investigation & analysis of Customer complaints & Field return failures • Assist suppliers in understanding and implementing product specifications.• Responsible for assisting in supplier corrective actions as it pertains to internal or external failures as reported through the SCAR• Investigation & analysis of Customer complaints related to Bought out Components & Raw materialsReview Raw material,conducting type test,routin test, functional test.Having welding knowledge WPS PQR and WPQ.• Identification & Analysis of the defect trends of Defects observed during Mfg. processes by timely plotting QA & QD Matrices and Pareto charts• Preparing and analyzing data for the purpose of Management Review in the form of Dash Boards.• Carry out 5S & Kaizen activities for Continuous Improvement at vendor end• Making & Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) & Standard Operating Processes (SOP)• Process Improvements & Process Standardization• Up‐gradation of in‐house test facility for Incoming material i.e. protection relay, Ingress protection• Identify & provide training to the operators, Suppliers through OPL’s• Managed monthly MIS of supplier base on rejections, PPM & quality rating
